• The V8 RX7 rims are a standard Chevy 5-bolt (4 3/4" spread) pattern. The Viper-blue Python on our front page has 16" rims. The width of the tires depends on how much of an offset the rims have.
• The V8 RX7 is install fiberglass inner fenders, front and rear, using sheet metal screws. Then caulk the edges where they meet the body.
• Aftcoil springs (175 lb/sq in) go over top of the Camaro/Firebird struts on the front. The rears are coil over (125 lb/sq in).
• The V8 RX7 is system only works on RX-7s with wide body kits, because the wheels protrude 4-5" further than stock. We also switch to Camaro power steering, which is front steer, and then you can use the Camaro knuckles--no cutting or welding involved, EXCEPT for mounting the steering box and idler arm.
• The V8 RX7 has rear wheels on the cars we build are 315 x 35 x 17. Now, you take the fiberglass quarters, and line them up on the car.
